All of our services are priced depending upon the complexity and nature of your case. We will advise you of our estimated costs before we undertake any work on your behalf and we'll keep you updated on costs throughout the duration of your case.

Whether you’re a sole trader or limited company, the legal principles are the same. Costs are a factor to be considered by commercial entities but our legal expertise can save you money in the long run. Personal Injury

We offer a no win no fee scheme for claiming compensation. If you win, we don’t take a cut of your compensation unlike certain claims management companies.  If the case is lost we don’t get paid and insurance taken out by you pays your disbursements and the other side’s legal costs. So whether it’s on the road, pavement or at work, come and visit us to discuss the merits of your claim.

Going to Court

It can be unnerving, intimidating and something you’d rather not get involved in, but it can happen to us at some stage or another. Whether it’s a criminal or civil case we have extensive experience in the field to help you through the process. We will assist you to get the best possible result in the circumstances and advise you of court procedure and etiquette so that you know what will happen at each stage of the case.

Should I make a will?

It’s something we all put off but it really should be the first legal thing that we do. It’s quick, inexpensive and provides peace of mind. Remember you don’t have to be old to make a will, we all need one and it can always be changed. We offer on site storage facilities for your will free of charge. Don’t put off what you should do today. We supply Inheritance Tax advice routinely in these matters. The current limit for IHT is £300,000 which can affect a lot of us. Net estates worth over this limit attract a 40% tax on the surplus. Now is the time to plan ahead and seek our advice.

Matrimonial/Child Care

Sadly many of us have difficulties in our relationships at some time or another. The legal rights are different for married and non-married couples. If children and money are involved then it's always best to try and agree matters rather than going to court so you need to seek our legal advice quickly to see where you stand. If violence is a factor then you should contact the Police immediately before pursuing an injunction.
